Dame 2000
DescriptionThis game is played on a 9×9 board. Each player starts with fourteen pawns, arranged one square apart on the first three rows on his side of the board. Each piece has a different colour head, which denotes its rank (in ascending order: blue-green-red-yellow). The colour influences its movement options and its combat strength. Whenever a piece attempts to capture an opposing piece, both players roll a die. The numbers on the die depend on the colour of the piece:
The highest score wins. The losing piece is removed from the game. The other piece is increased one rank by switching its head for a new head one colour higher. (Yellow pieces are not promoted). The player who eliminates all opposing pieces wins the game. Game DiscussionsAdd CommentYou need to be logged in to comment. Insert Bullet List Please enter at least one item.
