Players take turns drawing and playing cards to move pawn ahead on the board which is divided into the hours of the work day. Players have the option of playing a card or taking a "coffee break" and sitting for a turn while collecting a chit. Cards can move a player forwards or move back another player. Every turn the Boss is moved one space. If the Boss catches up with you you lose a coffee break. Player to reach the end of the work day with the most coffee breaks wins.
