Since the development of the airscrew and the creation of the first flying warships, the navies of the world have grown to be dominated by these aerial ironclads. So fire up the turbines, ready the aether drives and take to the air in Castles in the Sky: A Wargame of Flying Battleships. Castles in the Sky is a steampunk miniature wargame using your own models or tokens, set in the early 20th century. Each model represents an individual warship in one of three classes, either escort, cruiser or battleship. Engagement are typically made up of small skirmishes between a handful of ships per side. Rules are provided for using aeroplanes, aerial torpedoes, sky mines as well as bombing of ground targets. There is also a simplified campaign system presented.
