DescriptionLeopold II promo is a new Noble card. During setup, add the Leopold II card to the pile of Noble cards and shuffle the pile. Leopold II activates just like any other Noble, through the Influence or City Hall actions. Effect: copy the effect of an opponent's Noble card (tap this card if it isn't already). Then give Leopold II to this player. Note: unlike other Noble cards, Leopold II is never tapped which means he can be activated several times in a single round.
