    Description

Blood, Steel & Sand takes the Rohrbaugh's "quick-play" Blood and Steel series wargame to the deserts of North Africa. Like Blood and Steel, the game's complexity is low with only minimal additional rules. The unit sizes are Regiments & Brigades.

The players assume the commands of Rommel and Auchinlek. The game uses the innovative chartless CRT and the chit activation system to allow players to maneuver and fight their formations.

    Components
    • 11x17" map
    • 168 single-sided, unmounted counters
    • 8 pages of rules and charts
