Time Steal: If Vayl's attacks do damage, they cause Lv. 1 Slow. Effect 13.

Vayl becomes Hidden. Upkeep: o
ooo - Crumbling of Time (Ki, Attack)
If Crumbling of Time causes any damage, target unit suffers Lv. 3 Slow. When using this attack Vayl obtains Critical Mastery. Effect 16.
oo - Scar of Time (Subterfuge, Attack)
+2 Attack / +1 Damage. This attack automatically causes a Critical Hit. This skill may only be used if Vayl is Hidden.
