    Description

Farm development and trading board game.

The first player to: Repay the loan, build a farmhouse, build Livestock sheds, build Produce sheds, install electricity and water and buy a tractor is the winner.

    - acting by turns -
Each player is given a piece of land, provided with a Government loan, and through wise buying, productivity and selling, has to develop his farm.

Roll the die and move forward; depending on the space you reach you may/have to buy, sell, get, pay...

    Notes:
Similar approach to Monopoly, with a guidance for agricultural business.
    Quite comparable to Agri-hazard.
