    Grant-court registries - which prevents railways companies from other players build tracks in a round of operations;
    Water and sanitation company - turns a town into city;
    Contract for sale of agricultural products from other states - adds financial value of the routes that connect certain cities off map to the port cities;
    Fundraising for the Estrada de Ferro Bahia ao São Francisco (Railway Bahia to San Francisco) - gives an issue of that railway company to the buyer of this title;
    Contract of supply for mining - adds financial value of the routes linking the city of Lençois to another city;
