- Delivery times indicated below do not include possible order processing time of up to two business days. However, orders received before 2PM EST Monday through Friday are typically sent the same day.
- While we try to ensure that only in-stock items are available to order there are occasions when some merchandise may be oversold. You will be notified if an item is unavailable for shipment.
- All domestic shipments include a Packing Slip as opposed to an Invoice so no pricing information is included with your order. International shipments do include an invoice complete with your purchase total.
- UPS is our prefered carrier and is used for all shipments other than US PO Boxes and APO/FPO's.
Shipping Options
- UPS Ground service is available to customers within the continental United States. Delivery time will range from 1 to 6 business days. Business days do not include the weekend or holidays.
- Customers shipping to U.S. PO Boxes must choose our US PO Box shipping option. These shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail. Normal transit time ranges from 2-10 days.
- 2 Day Air service is available to all 50 states plus Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via UPS . All express shipments are guaranteed to ship the same or next business day and will be delivered within two business days from date of shipment.
- APO/FPO shipments are made via the US Post Office and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times vary depending on destination but can take up to 8 weeks.
- Next Day Air service is available via UPS for urgent shipments. Next Day orders must be received before 12PM EST for same day shipping. If your order is placed after 12PM EST on Thursday and requires Saturday Delivery you must select our Next Day Air Sat shipping method. Otherwise it will be delivered on Monday.
- International shipments are made via UPS WorldWide Express. Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Please select the Int'l Group number (1,2,or 3) that contains the country of destination for your order.
- Canadian customers must choose Canada Air for shipments. Delivery is typically 2 to 5 business days from date of shipment. An aditional $20 surcharge will apply to certain Canadian postal codes (A0A-A0Z,A1P-A9Z,A0A-A0Z,A1P-A9Z,B0A-B2T,B3H-B3G,B4C-B9Z,

International shipping rates are costly but delivery is quick. Multiple item shipments are encouraged in order to take advantage of the modest incremental cost once the order total exceeds the first price bracket(see charts below).

- Boardgames.com extends a 30-day guarantee for all orders.
- All unopened merchandise may be returned to us for a refund less the original shipping charges.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective merchandise or a shipping error.
- Any "open-box" returns will be assessed a 20% restocking/repackaging fee. Any item packed in a plastic "clam shell" container cannot be returned once the item has been cut from the plastic unless it is defective.
