With an increased focus on China, the addition of the Soviets, the Allied invasion plans of Japan, plus the 4 card End War (“Atomic”) mini-deck, players can now bring the war to its full (and brutal) conclusion if they so choose. Note, this Expansion Kit is not a ‘stand alone’ game. You must own a copy of We Must Tell the Emperor to use this expansion kit.
