    Description

The Search for the Golden Boomerang Game is children's board game based on an Australian biweekly Radio serial during the 1940's.

The popular serial spawned several children's fiction magazines centered on the concerns of an Aboriginal boy named Tuckonie. The game appeared as a supplement in 1942 to one of these magazines where 11-year-old Tuckonie and his best friend Peggy, daughter of white settlers search for a golden boomerang

A simple roll and move game sees players follow a path in search for the Golden Boomerang. Dangers along the way such as headhunters, cave of wonders and an underground river can impede or assist movement. First to reach the Golden Boomerang is the winner
