    Description

    Miniature wargame rules for naval actions in the American Civil War, intended for 15mm scale figures and miniature ships but also usable with 10mm and, with some record keeping, 1/600 or smaller ship miniatures (with player-provided movement/range conversions).

    Rules cover armored vessels, steam and wind-powered ships, submarines, ramming, ship vs. fortification, and boarding actions. Leadership, crew quality, various weight of guns, damage control, grounding, fires, about 14 pages of rules and a two-sided removable card with game tables.
