    Description

Rome: from Republic to Empire is a solo game in which you take control of the Roman Empire in the period from 200BC to 100AD. You will need to conquer the provinces of Europe, the Middle East and North Africa using a card based conflict system. Gather resources, using a dice rolling mechanism, to expand the glory of Rome in each of six key areas: Military, Spiritual, Production, Commerce, Political and Wonders. However, beware! This is the time of the slave uprising and so if you fail to keep your citizens happy they will revolt and ultimately overthrow your rule.
