    Description

In the sixteenth century, Queen Elizabeth I used to travel around the grand houses of England. Her hosts would vie with one another to put on the most lavish entertainments, catering and spectacle, often almost bankrupting themselves in the process. But position at Court was all that mattered - the more impressive your show, the higher your status and perhaps you would be the new "favourite".

In Gloriana, each player represents one of these nobles. Over several rounds, they will draft Staff to help them put on Events to impress Her Majesty. Players will need both similar types and diverse types in order to create the most effective Events and score victory points.
