Ultimate Deep State is a promo mini-expansion that you can add to your games of Deep State.

The highest stage of a Project development brings world dominance. It may take radical forms that knock out any competition. No matter how powerful the ‘Committee’ is, it is vulnerable to its own subdivision heads.

Victory in a World Domination Project, including the total neutralization of the ‘Committee’ and all its structures, costs more and brings higher risks. Its reward is a clean slate... while sitting atop the world as its one and only ruler.

The Ultimate Deep State promo mini-expansion allows for instant victory when you reach Stage V in any Project, instead of winning with Influence. Each Stage V has higher requirements only experienced players can meet.

There is also a "soft" version — with less difficult requirements, Stage V grants more influence and no instant victory.

This expansion contains overlays for Stages V for the 4 base set Projects and the 6 Projects from the Global Conspiracy expansion. It is fully compatible with all modules and mini-expansions from the Deep State: Global Conspiracy expansion. It is designed for 1–5 player games. It comes packaged in its own zip-bag.
